Wilhelmina Tribble has been working as an OD consultant to the private and public sectors since 1985, and has been with Global OD Solutions since 2004. Her premier expertise is in diversity, retention and coaching. Through years of field work and consulting in the area of diversity, Wilhelmina designed a process model for Diversity and Retention Initiatives. The model, process and accompanying training programs were designed to increase retention rates and address diversity and inclusion issues. Her years of diversity work in the Florida and New York legal communities, including judges, court staffs, bar associations, law schools and law firms, led to her position on the faculty of the Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies, where she developed a course, “Dealing with Differences: Understanding the Experiences of Litigants Before You” and co-
Volunteerism is one of Wilhelmina’s core values. For the last nineteen years, she has volunteered her time to the Florida legal community. She began by serving on The Florida Bar Grievance Committees in Miami and Orlando. The Florida Supreme Court appointed her, the first lay person, to The Florida Bar Board of Governors for two terms, the Florida Supreme Court Standing Committee on Fairness and Diversity, and the Florida Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism, where she is actively involved in helping to further the cause of Professionalism throughout the legal profession.
Drawing from her choreography background in the theater, athletic coaching, and certification training, Wilhelmina has acquired unique (coaching) techniques to help professionals and their teams achieve their goals. Wilhelmina brings over 28 years of real world experience and has logged over 3,000 coaching hours. Her clients include professionals in the corporate, legal and sports arenas throughout the U.S., South America, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific.

Ms. Tribble earned a Masters degree in Education Administration from California University and her B.S. degree in Education from the City University of New York. She is a mother, an avid golfer, tennis player, and sports enthusiast.
