TRACY RICKARD

Tracy received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Texas University. He offers over twenty years of diverse corporate bank management and training and development/human resources experience.

While at J P Morgan Chase Bank, Tracy spent his first five years in management functions, directing the sales, employee development, and profitability of several branch locations in Dallas, Texas. During his last five years, he served as Global OD Solutions’ internal client, co-managing and facilitating the statewide rollout of diversity education, which impacted over 10,000 internal associates. During that time, he also led the integration of a new company-wide career development curriculum for Texas and the Western United States. Shortly after that, Tracy left the bank and started his own independent practice. He currently works with Global OD Solutions as an affiliate consultant, giving us half of his time, while keeping the other half of his time for his own clients. With both our clients and his, Tracy has worked with many individuals, teams and companies, helping them enhance their performance by delivering challenging and dynamic programs that are aligned with their goals and objectives. He currently facilitates numerous different programs on the following topics: Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Career Development, Professional Presentations, Communication Skills, Change Management, HR Issues, and Team Building.

Tracy’s largest personal clients are NBC Universal and General Electric, and the courses he teaches for them include “Building Essential Leadership Skills (BELS),” which is delivered by nomination only,  “Presentation Skills,” “Influencing Skills,” “Facilitation Skills,”“Project Management,” “Hiring the Right People,” “Effective Coaching Skills” and “Inclusive Leader Workshop.” His remaining clients, coupled with our client engagements that he has worked on, include: M&T Bank, Freddie Mac, Raytheon, J P Morgan Chase Bank, Dell Computer, and Cook Children’s Medical Hospital.

Tracy has a strong commitment to working in partnership with business and human resources leaders to maximize their human talent, and ultimately their overall productivity. He has served as both a member and officer of the Houston Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. He also volunteers his time at Camp El Tesoro De La Vida, a grief camp for children, and gives back to the community in other ways, as well.
