ROY BOSTIC

Mr. Bostic has worked in the field of organization development for more than 20 years. He has built a strong track record of enabling thousands of professionals in Fortune 100 and 500 companies in a wide range of industries to meet their business challenges.

He has developed and implemented strategies for organization change, incorporating initiatives for leadership development, executive coaching, team development, leveraging diverse talent and mentorship. His consulting clients represent a broad spectrum of industries, including ARAMARK, Quest Diagnostics, Pfizer, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AEGON Inc., Marsh Inc., NASA, and M&T Bank.

Prior to his work with Global OD Solutions, Mr. Bostic developed and directed leadership development and coaching, team performance and inclusion initiatives for Pfizer’s 2,000 managers and 16,000 employees in the U.S. Tangible results were achieved for both behavioral and business objectives, such as exceeding executive development goals, accelerating results through teams, reducing process cycle times, and improving customer satisfaction. Mr. Bostic is certified in a number of individual assessment instruments and leadership tools, and has designed several 360 degree questionnaires.

Before joining Pfizer, Mr. Bostic designed, procured and delivered a wide range of management, team and workforce development programs for employers that included the Boeing Company, where he led a department of twelve technical trainers and implemented Military Liaison, Labor/Management Relations, and Quality Assurance initiatives.

Mr. Bostic holds a Masters degree in Organization Development from Antioch University and was a member of the adjunct faculty for several years as an instructor and thesis advisor. Students in his three-semester course designed, implemented and measured the results of change initiatives in their workplaces.

Mr. Bostic also holds a certificate from Columbia University’s renowned Advanced Program in Organization Development, taught by preeminent experts in the field. He has been a guest lecturer on leveraging diversity in the workplace at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Engineering.

Roy lives outside of Philadelphia in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and has been working with Global OD Solutions since 2002.
