MITCHELL KARP, ESQ

Mitchell Karp, Esq., M.S.O.D. specializes in organizational development consulting designed to improve workplace dynamics. He works with our clients to identify and resolve difficult situations, develop and implement diversity strategies, promote teambuilding, facilitate retreats, design and present training programs, and conduct one-to-one coaching sessions.

Mr. Karp has provided consulting and/or coaching services to Moody's Investors Services, Goldman Sachs, Global Asset Management, and Nomura Securities, among others.

Prior to his affiliation with Global OD Solutions, Mr. Karp founded the New York City Commission on Human Rights Training Institute. He holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, and a Masters of Organization Development from The American University. He is currently an adjunct faculty to the Management Development and Human Resources Programs at the Cornell University NYS School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Mitchell is a Caucasian male in his forties who lives in New York City.
