LISA FAGERSTROM

As a consultant and project manager, Ms. Fagerstrom has successfully implemented diversity and productivity improvement processes and systems in union and non-union environments. As a consultant and as a manager, Ms. Fagerstrom has experience in the development and delivery of diversity, organizational development and quality training curricula and in the deployment of strategic diversity, organizational development and quality initiatives within Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations.

Some of Ms. Fagerstrom’s recent projects include: Leadership, Diversity and Team Building training and facilitation in a variety of settings and organizations; start-up and on-going facilitation of divisional diversity councils; designing and implementing a global job posting system; utilizing workforce data to determine action plans for meeting diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action goals; and designing and implementing a system of cross-functional teams for quality and productivity improvement.

Ms. Fagerstrom has worked with a wide variety of organizations of differing types, structures and sizes in the United States and Europe. Her projects have included work with AT&T, Atlas Copco, British Petroleum, Chase Manhattan Bank, James River Corporation, M&T Bank, NYNEX [now Verizon], Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Southern New England Telephone, Tropicana Products, the U.S. Government, and the European Union.

Ms. Fagerstrom holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and is taking courses toward a Master of Divinity degree at Andover Newton Theological School in Newton, Massachusetts. Her previous work experience includes: J. Howard & Associates, a diversity training and consulting firm; Bain & Company, a strategic management consulting firm; Easco Hand Tools and Black & Decker. She has been with Global OD Solutions since 2002 and lives in Boston.
